Viralshort Offline WhatsApp Simulator is delivered as a digital downloadable product. Once the payment is successfully verified, the download link is made available to the customer.

Refund eligibility

A refund may be considered if a duplicate payment is made, the download link is not generated after a successful payment, or the delivered ZIP file is unavailable due to a technical issue from our side.

Refund requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests received after 15 days of purchase will not be entertained.

Non-refundable cases

Because this is a digital product, refunds are generally not provided after the file has been successfully downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical issue prevents access to the product.
